"I filed a claim over a week ago regarding my roof. The assigned claims agent called and left a message 24 hours after my initial call. I missed the call however,, I returned the call within the hour of his message. Fast forward 4 days later, I called my agent's office to inquire how to proceed as I have lany further contact with the adjuster regarding my claim. My local agent's office told me to call them back if I did not hear back by Monday or Tuesday of the next week and they would reach out. On Tuesday I called my agent's office to update them that I still have not had any further communication with the adjuster. I was advised that the adjuster or someone would be in touch within 24 hrs and here we are Wednesday night and no call from anyone, not even my agent's office to follow up to see if anyone has contacted me about my claim. It has rained at least 3 times since I called to file this claim. I have had several unsolicited roofing companies knock on my door leaving business cards but surprisingly no further communication from my insurance company, except this timely survey asking me about my experience."

"Absolutely wonderful customer service. Jordan called to inform of the increase in rental car costs and asked if I would like to increase my coverage. For roughly double the amount of coverage, my premium only increased by $2. Jordan made it easy! Highly recommend."

"I was experiencing issues with my account that was so frustrating. I reached out to customer service and they showed genuine concern but they could only refer me. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Mr Brandon Garcia himself. Although his claims and billing area were working on the issue, he addressed it, corrected it, and called me. Now that’s unique and worth telling someone about. I was very pleased with the outcome. I don’t know about the Agents at other State Farm agencies but I know this one is exemplary."
