"I was experiencing issues with my account that was so frustrating. I reached out to customer service and they showed genuine concern but they could only refer me. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Mr Brandon Garcia himself. Although his claims and billing area were working on the issue, he addressed it, corrected it, and called me. Now that’s unique and worth telling someone about. I was very pleased with the outcome. I don’t know about the Agents at other State Farm agencies but I know this one is exemplary."

"Brandon is a literal life saver. After purchasing roadside assistance, I tried to have my car towed to a Tesla dealership because I was broke down. However the repair center was 100 miles away, making my roadside towing (good for 10 miles) no good. Frustrated with State Farm roadside assistance, I called Brandon and he took care of it and had a tow truck to my location within the hour without it costing me anything. Good agents like this DO NOT EXIST these days, if you get the opportunity to work with him DO IT"
